Which KidMin conference is worth it?

11 Apr

No doubt, there are several great conferences out there for children’s ministry. But how do you know which one to pick this year?

Your choice might be limited by budget, geographic location, length of the conference, or topics.

So how ’bout it? Why are you choosing the conference you are attending this year? What do you suggest a conference-seeker consider when looking to register for a great children’s ministry conference?

I’m attending The Gathering this year.

A big reason is that The Gathering is a smaller, more intimate conference focused more on spiritual formation than ministry strategy. I’m going to grow spiritually – spend time in focused prayer – and learn more about family ministry.

Very cool, Matt. We often get so caught up in methodology that we neglect our personal relationship with God. Enjoy The Gathering! I look forward to hearing more about it and it’s impact on attendees.
